Names will never hurt me by Jamie Adoff

Review by Aidan Hall (Year 13) as part of the 50 Book Challenge

Names will never hurt me is basically about a high school in America, on the 1 year anniversary of a student getting shot.

It is a novel from the points fo view of 4 different people, from 4 different cliques  inside the school, ranging from jocks to the weird kid.  There are new crews transmitting live reports from inside the school as they try to show whether the school has changed at all since the shooting.  The school principal, who has a massive ego, is ruling over the school as a dictator, making sure nothing goes wrong that will give his school a bad look.  Ironically the ending is a result of his actions.

Anyways, the story ends up with 3 totally different people subconsiously working together to save the day.

I really liked this book as it actually related to me, and if I could find some little star drawing things, I would totally give this book 5 stars out of 5.

(Want to see a video of the author talking about his book, and other books he has written then click here he has had a pretty interesting life.)
