The Silence of Fear by Denis Martin

Reviewed by Jake Massih (Year 9) 50 Book Challenger

Greg, Pip and Rickers decide they feel like some late night antics by stealing a dingy. When they return the dingy and see a robbery in action. They decide to keep quiet until another painfully sinimar robbery takes place and an innocent man is killed. There is lots of action in this book.

What did I like most? Denis Martin built up the tension until the last moment, then he threw in a groundbreaking twist!

What didn't I like? It was slow in places, but it was really about 80% great! Goodness that means it was really great!
